Rahab’s Refuge:
A place where women in the sex trade find acceptance, safety, connection, growth, and purpose
Located in downtown Moncton, Rahab’s Refuge is a women’s drop-in center. This is the place we provide a safe and welcoming place for sex workers: a hot meal, a warm shower, friendly conversation, and help connecting with community resources
- In 2025 alone, Rahab’s Refuge welcomed 65 women into our drop-in center and provided more than 1,000 essential services
- Our Moncton drop-in center is the only one operating in New Brunswick for sex workers.
- Keeping our INTERVENTION project, Rahab’s Refuge, open costs $65,000 per year — sustaining a safe, hope‑filled space for people who often have nowhere else to land.
- This location is also the drop off for any donations for Community of hope (you will need to reach out by phone/email to schedule a day/time for drop off).
- We can also do tours of the space and info sessions when we are closed (you will need to reach out by email to schedule a day/time).
